Description
Canesten Cream Clotrimazole 1% provides soothing relief from the irritation caused by fungal infections of the skin. This soothing, calming anti-fungal cream can be applied directly to the skin to help soothe the symptoms including sweat rash, jock itch, nappy rash, ringworm or thrush. Canesten Cream 1% contains the active ingredient clotrimazole, which is an antifungal medicine used to treat fungi and yeast infections.
Canesten anti-fungal cream should be applied to the affected area(s) of skin thinly two to three times daily and rubbed in gently. Treatment should be continued for at least one month for dermatophyte infections and at least two weeks for candidal infections. Skin infections caused by yeasts, dermatophytes , moulds and other fungi, such as the following: Athlete's foot. Fungal infection of the groin & Ringworm . Fungal nappy rash caused by infection Sweat rash caused by infection Relieving the external symptoms of vaginal thrush.
