The flexible design allows the Thumble® to fit perfectly on any size of an adult thumb and even has an opening for a longer thumbnail to fit through easily.  The gentle soft grit on the 'new baby' files makes them perfect for the soft nails of newborns and then when you feel the time is ready, at roughly 6 months, you can advance to the medium grit files. The adhesive nail pads are easy to fit onto the Thumble, simply peel off the backing and stick into place. 

This wearable baby file is perfect for use when cuddling or breast or bottle feeding, after all, that's when the idea was thought of by a mum of two.
